To improve traffic conditions along a corridor, it is essential, first, to understand the actual needs of corridor users. In 2014, the Connected Corridors team held workshops with general users and transit users to determine their needs relating to the I-210 Pilot. Below are some of the materials and documents developed as a part of those workshops. User needs were subsequently incorporated into the Concept of Operations.
