Concept of Operations

One of the major milestones in planning an ICM system is developing a Concept of Operations (ConOps). That document, as the U.S. Department of Transportation says, describes the "who, what, when, where, why, and how" of an ICM system.

The Concept of Operations for the I-210 Pilot was finalized in June 2015. It lays out the vision and rationale for the proposed system, incorporates the user needs identified in workshops and meetings with corridor stakeholders, and outlines an overall approach, an organizational structure, and relevant processes for the I-210 Pilot. All Pilot stakeholders had an opportunity to review and provide input into this foundational document.

Please Note: The ConOps is a living document and therefore could be changed in the future. For example, it could be expanded to include additional details on integrating  transit and/or parking management into the ICM system.
